Crooked River Ranch Fire & Rescue holds open house for the public to prepare for wildfire season

Crooked River Ranch Fire & Rescue held an open house Saturday, wanting to help residents be better prepared for the upcoming wildfire season. The open house was designed to bridge the gap, connecting people with resources now, instead of when or after a wildfire happens. There were several booths where people had access to insurance representatives and the Pet Evacuation Team, as well as learning evacuation routes for CRR. The theme of the event was Star Wars - "May the Fourth be with you"  encouraging people to dress up.
