Australian ultramarathoner, ‘Finding Gobi’ author to visit Bend with his 4-legged running partner
An Australian ultramarathoner will be in Bend this weekend for two special events about his best-selling book (and children's picture book), Finding Gobi, which tells the story of Dion Leonard's companionship with a stray dog named Gobi, who joined him on a 155-mile race across China's Gobi Desert. Gobi will be on hand as well, Matthew Draxton reports.
