Monday PM Local Alert Weather Forecast

Happy Monday Central Oregon!

Cold today and even colder temperatures are right around the corner.

The good new is the sunshine is here to stay!

This evening we are looking at temperatures cooling quickly with wind out of the NW at 10-15 MPH gusting up around 30 MPH for some areas.

Overnight things are set to get downright cold with temperatures dropping down into the teens and even the single digits for some areas in the upper elevations.

Then for Tuesday things are set to stay cold, with highs topping out in the mid to upper 30s.

Overnight Tuesday into Wednesday we are looking at frigid overnight lows dropping down to the single digits for many of us.

The good news is by Wednesday we will start to see a gradual warm up, with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s.

By the end of the week we are looking at temperatures back closer to average in the mid to upper 50s.

We will continue with sunny skies throughout the week with highs in the 60s by the weekend.
