Partly sunny skies overhead to start the week

KTVZ

Good evening, Central Oregon!

Partly sunny skies overhead and we are looking at that snow starting to melt across the region.

This evening, we are looking at fog rolling into the High Desert.

Lows tonight will be in the teens to 20s.

That means with all of the melting snow that we've seen Monday, we will wake up to slick roads as you are headed out the door Tuesday morning.

Remember to take things slow pn the icy roads.

That patchy freezing fog will be with us through the morning hours Tuesday.

Once that fog clears, we are looking at partly cloudy skies and highs topping out in the low to mid 40s.

More clouds look to build in by Wednesday, and by Thursday night and into Friday, we are looking at a chance for some rain showers.

By Saturday, we could see the snow levels drop just a bit and see snow in the Cascades, as well as a slight possibility for some snow showers on the High Desert, along with a wintry mix.

Have a great rest of your day, Central Oregon!
