Rainy and windy today

KTVZ

-GOOD THURSDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...

Back-to-back systems will keep us stormy for the next couple days. With highs in the mid to upper 40's, our activity will be in the form of rain, and SE winds will pick up to 5-15 mph, gusting as high as 20-25 mph. Those winds will stay fairly brisk tonight. Lows will drop to freezing and a little below, so many areas will mix snow with those rain showers.

The second system will make its way across the region Friday, bringing cooler air with it. Highs will be in the low to mid 40's and lows Friday night will drop into the mid 20's. This will allow snow to mix with rain showers once again. The precipitation will break up after midnight and we will see some partial clearing.

Skies will be partly cloudy Saturday with a chance of scattered snow showers Saturday night. We will then see partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies Sunday with highs in the low 40's. Those conditions will stay with us until we get to the middle of the week. By Wednesday, the clouds will thicken and bring a slight chance of some scattered rain and snow showers.
