Hazy skies and warm temperatures
Happy October and happy Thursday, Central Oregon!
The first day of October is not stopping these warm temperatures we are seeing on the High Desert. We'll see mid to high 80s for all of Central Oregon. Those temperatures are about 15 degrees above average, according to the Roberts Field Almanac.
Those warmer temperatures will be coupled with some smoky skies. We can expect to see light coverage throughout the day.
Despite that smoke, though, air quality will be on the good side for most of the day, but that will change around this evening, as we see a few hours of moderate air quality.
