Smoky, but still warm

Happy Wednesday, Central Oregon!

Winds will continue to be light and variable Wednesday night with lows in the 30s and 40s.

Mostly clear skies and a smoky haze will stay with us through Thursday. Highs will start to drop and only reach the low to mid 70s.

Skies will stay mostly sunny Friday, with highs again in the low to mid 70s. Clouds will thicken Friday night, and we will see a chance of showers develop by early Saturday morning.

Unseasonably low temperatures in the to low 60s are expected Saturday, with rain likely into the night. We will see some partial clearing Sunday, but colder air moving in will keep us in the mid to upper 50s for highs.

We will go into next week with partly cloudy skies, with highs warming into the low to mid 60s.
