A wintry mix is expected to hit the High Desert early in the week

Sunday the snow and rainy mix is expected to mainly be in the mountains, but some light rain may drift into our Highway 97 cities. 

Sisters and La Pine/Sunriver may see some snow on the grass, but not much is expected to accumulate on area roads. 

Expect partly sunny skies on Monday. By Monday evening, there’s a chance of a wintry mix hitting the High Desert.
