Wind Advisory issued November 21 at 2:12AM PST until November 22 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Medford OR

* WHAT…For the High Wind Warning, south winds 25 to 40 mph with
gusts up to 65 mph. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30
mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE…For the high wind warning. Portions of Lake and Modoc
counties and far eastern Klamath County, including Lakeview,
Valley Falls, Bly, Paisley,
Summer Lake, Silver Lake, Adel, Fort Rock, the Warner and Hart
mountains, and portions of Highways 395, 31, and 140. Southwest
Klamath counties, including Klamath Falls, Bonanza, and portions
of Highways 97, 140, 39, and 139. For the wind advisory, the
remainder of zones, including the cities of Modoc Point, Chemult,
Crescent, Canby and Alturas.

* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, until 4 PM PST Friday. For the High
Wind Warning, until 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles. Unsecured objects may be lost or
damaged.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Gusty winds persist overnight, but could ease
for a time into Thursday afternoon. Strong winds are likely to
redevelop Thursday evening with gusts to 60 mph into Friday
morning.
Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.
