with up to 10 inches at higher elevations of above 5000 feet.
Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Ochoco-John Day Highlands.

* WHEN…Until 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Significant snowfall with periods of heavy snowfall
rates will combine with low visibility to create very difficult
driving conditions.
