Our first Junior Forecaster: Lucinda

Lucinda is a student at Sage Elementary in Redmond and was our Junior Forecaster on Wednesday, May 22nd. She was our first, as we are now starting a weekly segment called "Junior Forecaster." Each Junior Forecaster will forecast the weather as we move toward the weekend.
