-GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...

A very fair air flow will keep us under mostly sunny skies with above average temperatures today. Highs will reach the low to mid 70's and breezes are expected to be light and variable. A brief and weak system will thicken our clouds this evening and deliver a chance of rain showers and thunderstorms across the region tonight. Lows will be in the upper 30's to low 40's and NW winds will pick up to a gusty 10-15 mph.

Some of those showers may stretch into Wednesday morning, but this will break up quickly leaving us under mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the low 60's. Clear skies Wednesday night will help our lows drop to and below freezing. The return to warmer conditions begins Thursday and will continue into the weekend. With plenty of sunshine, our highs will be in the low 80's both Saturday and Sunday.
