First day of Autumn

-GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...

After a pretty clear morning, we will see a few clouds build into the region, but it looks like we will be staying dry...for the time being. Highs will be in the mid 70's. NW breezes at 5-10 mph will become a little gusty through the afternoon for some. Mostly sunny skies this afternoon will become partly cloudy this evening and mostly cloudy tonight. Tonight's lows will be in the mid 30's to upper 40's. Breezes will become light and variable after midnight.

Summer ended and Autumn began at 6:31 AM today.

Wednesday will be much like today, except that clouds will thicken in the evening and deliver an 80% chance of rain overnight. Those showers will break up a bit Thursday morning, but that is when we will see our temperatures drop. Highs will be in the mid 60's Thursday and Friday. A chance of rain will build in Thursday night and we can expect to see rain much of the day Friday into Friday night. This will move on Friday night and leave us with fair conditions through the weekend. A warming trend will have us back in the low to mid 80's by Monday.
