Possible pockets of fog and icy conditions early, mostly cloudy day ahead

Good Morning Central Oregon! This morning brings the chance for freezing temperatures in some areas so slick roads and black ice will be possible. Additionally we may see some patchy fog develop throughout the morning, but it doesn't appear there's anything widespread, nor any advisories in our forecast area at the moment.

Today brings mostly cloudy skies and a slight chance for some scattered showers with temperatures similar to yesterday as we continue with our warming trend into the weekend when we expect to see some slightly above average temperatures.

The upper level low pressure system we've been tracking will be splitting up and weakening today. as a result, our area will be under a southwest airflow and winds will be out of the Southwest at around 10-15 mph throughout the day, and calming a bit this evening.

Highs will be in the 40s and 50s and overnight lows will be in the 20s.
