Snowy pattern exits the region

Good morning everyone!

A Winter Weather Advisory is in place for our region until 10 am today. Most of the snow will fall overnight and taper off from north to south during the morning.

We can expect cloudy conditions for the rest of Tuesday.

The morning commute will be impacted by the snow in most locations. Drive carefully out there!

Mountain locations could be seeing nearly a foot of new snow in some spots.

This persistent pattern of snow will finally clear the region around this afternoon.

We will be entering a dry period for the rest of the work week. Temperatures will still be on the “below normal” side, but we aren’t expecting more snowfall.

Highs Wednesday through Friday will be in the 40s, with overnight lows dropping into the 20s.
