Possible isolated storm today, Fire Weather Watch tomorrow

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - Good Friday morning! Temperatures are heating up into the upper 80s and low 90s today. Expect clouds to increase as we head into the afternoon.

The Storm Prediction Center include parts of Central Oregon in the General Thunderstorm Risk area for Friday. A few isolated storms are possible, but nothing severe.

If you're heading out to the Juneteenth Celebration tomorrow, temperatures won't be as hot. We're going to cool back down into the low to mid 80s over the weekend. That is still above average for mid-June here.

Breezy conditions are expected Saturday, and a Fire Weather Watch has been issued due to the combination of increasing winds and very dry conditions. Any fire that develops could spread quickly, so avoid outdoor burning.

Sunday marks the official start of summer with the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. Bend will see approximately 15.5 hours of daylight.

It looks like we'll have great weather for Father's Day with warm and sunny conditions. A nice little gift for all the dads spending time outdoors this weekend.

The warm pattern continues into early next week, with highs returning to the upper 80s and low 90s.
