Very warm Monday with a chance for isolated storms

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - The warming trend continues through Tuesday. Expect afternoon highs in the upper 80s and low 90s both today and tomorrow.

A few isolated afternoon and evening thunderstorms are possible today with the best chance for storms south and east of Bend.

Skies will be mostly clear overnight, with lows falling into the 40s and 50s.

An incoming weather system on Tuesday will bring another chance for isolated thunderstorms while increasing afternoon winds.

Gusty winds, hot temperatures, and dry conditions will elevate fire danger. Warm Springs is under a Fire Weather Watch from 11am to 10pm Tuesday. Even if you're outside the watch area, please keep fire safety top of mind.

Wednesday brings a slight cooldown, with highs returning to the mid 80s under mostly sunny and dry skies.

The weather pattern stays fairly quiet through the rest of the week. Expect plenty of sunshine with afternoon highs in the upper 80s through the weekend.
