Cooler than normal, rain possible late Tuesday

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - Temperatures will remain below normal across Central Oregon today. Highs will reach the upper 60s to low 70s.

Clouds will increase as we head into the afternoon before showers return. Most of the rain will stay near the mountains, but it could linger overnight into tomorrow. Lows will dip into the 30s and 40s.

Highs will only reach the upper 60s on Wednesday as a low pressure system lingers.

We have another slight chance of rain on Thursday with slightly warmer temperatures in the low to mid 70s. Don't cancel your outdoor plans just yet, but keep the rain gear nearby.

Temperatures will be warmer by the end of the week as a drier pattern takes over.

Expect highs in the upper 70s on Friday before we move to the low 80s over the weekend. Skies will be partly cloudy to mostly sunny.

Whether you prefer clouds and rain or warm sunshine, this week’s forecast offers a little something for everyone.
