Snow or rain in the mountains?

It is all about elevation. The freezing level started the day at about 6,000' and will likely rise a bit from there. Mt. Bachelor will see snow, but lower elevation resorts like Hoodoo and Willamette Pass may see mixed showers that are more rain than snow.
