Latest National Guard Youth Challenge graduating class changes more lives for the better

The Oregon National Guard Youth Challenge Program graduated its 64th class on Wednesday, and as many families have found over the years, plenty of young lives were changed for the better. NewsChannel 21's Blake Mayfield introduces us to two of the 131 graduates.
