Dry today, possible rain Tues

Happy Monday everyone!

An upper ridge is building over the Pacific Northwest leading to more dry and mild conditions over our region. This will last at least until the rest of the day.

Today temperatures will be reaching the 50s and 60s.

We'll see sunny skies during the day but as we move into the night, we’ll see an increase in clouds.

Tomorrow we can expect cloudy skies with breezy conditions. There are chances for rain tomorrow. Highs will mainly be in the 50s.

Rain levels in the Cascades are peaking this afternoon then will drop over the next day or two. We can expect more rain and mountain snow Thursday through the weekend.

Rivers and streams could rise due to melting snow, but they aren’t expected to reach flooding stage.
