Light rain today, drying up this weekend

Happy Thursday!

We can expect some light rain and periods of mountain snow today. Travel will be a challenge for those going through the passes. 

More rain means the roads could be slick, but no flooding is expected. 

High temperatures will once again reach the 40s and 50s. We’re about 20 degrees cooler than we were last week. 

The precipitation will taper off as we get closer to the weekend. We’ll be entering a dry period with warmer temperatures.

On Friday, we can expect some cloudy conditions throughout the region. There are possible chances of rain and snow showers in some areas including La Pine and Sunriver.
