Tuesday’s Sports Report: Middle schoolers’ golf-themed field-trip; Sean Corson is Adaptive P.E. Teacher of the Year
On Tuesday morning, nearly 100 Sky View Middle School students went on a field trip to Juniper Golf Course in Redmond. It was an educational field trip relating to the STEAM parts of the golf industry.
Meanwhile, Ridgeview High's Adaptive Physical Education teacher Sean Corson won a prestigious award this month. He is the Oregon Adaptive P.E. Teacher of the Year. Corson helped Redmond schools begin Unified Sports and has been part of the program for 12 years.
