Public asked to help locate missing teen Stella Rose Dolton

Stella Rose Dolton, a 15-year-old also known as Clay Dolton, went missing from Klamath Falls on July 16, 2026 and is believed to be in danger. The Oregon Department of Human Services, Child Welfare Division, is asking the public for assistance in locating her.

She is suspected to be in the Klamath Falls or Portland areas.

Dolton stands five feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 147 pounds. She has brown shoulder-length hair and greenish-blue eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing green pants and a black shirt.

The Klamath Falls Police Department is handling the case, which has a report number of 202607160050. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has also issued a report with number 2095475.

The Oregon Department of Human Services asks anyone who believes they see Dolton to contact 911 or local law enforcement. The agency also urges the public to report suspected child abuse to the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at one-855-503-SAFE (7233). This toll-free number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year for reporting abuse of any child or adult.
