Crook County Fair returns with four days of family fun in Prineville

The Crook County Fair returns to Prineville this week, bringing four days of rides, live entertainment, 4-H and FFA exhibits, livestock shows, vendors and classic fair food.

This year’s “Blue Ribbon Days” fair runs Aug. 5-8 at the Crook County Fairgrounds. Admission and parking are free, with opening night taking place Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. before full-day activities begin Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Visitors can enjoy carnival rides, daily entertainment, agricultural exhibits and competitions, along with activities for all ages throughout the fair. Organizers encourage fairgoers to check the daily schedule before heading out to make the most of their visit.
