Deschutes County Health Services Director Dr. George Conway joined Bend Mayor Sally Russell, Redmond Mayor George Endicott and Deschutes County Commissioner Tony DeBone for a Thursday online news conference to offer an update on a recent rise in Deschutes County cases and what officials will be watching for amid Phase 1 reopening.
