St. Charles says judge dismissed La Pine Fire invoices in billing dispute

A St. Charles Health System representative says a judge has dismissed as unconstitutional 18 invoices the organization received from the La Pine Rural Fire District in their ongoing legal dispute over billing for ambulance trips to the Bend hospital.
