Bend natural gas line project continues

Look for flaggers starting Monday on Northwest Fifth Street, near Portland Avenue, in Bend as Cascade NaturalGas construction crews will be installing a new 2-inch gas main.

Congestion should slow traffic for the next few days.

Also this week, paving crews will start working at NE Second and Woodland, working south on Second to Wilson. Expect slowing, congestion and fresh oil through Thursday.
