On Thursday, February 5, from 4-6:00 p.m., the Behavioral Health Division of Deschutes County Health Services and Mosaic Medical invite you to join in celebrating the remodel of the Deschutes County Downtown Clinic (formally The Annex) and the opening of the Harriman Health Care Integration Project.

Highlights of the event include a brief program, light appetizers, a raffle, an opportunity to meet staff, learn about programs, and take tours of the newly remodeled building. The event will take place at the Deschutes County Downtown Clinic (DCDC), 1128 NW Harriman Street in Bend.

Integrated care means that behavioral health and primary care teams work together to coordinate treatment services. The integration project provides behavioral health and medical services to eligible members of our community in one location – at the Deschutes County Downtown Clinic.

DCDC programs include:

Harriman Health Care (medical care and behavioral health integration)
Intensive Community Treatment Team: Assertive Community Treatment program (ACT)
Psychiatric Security Review Board services (PSRB)
Peers services for Harriman Health Care integration project
Community Support Services: Services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
Senior services program
Projects for Assistance in Transitions from Homelessness program (PATH)
Supported Employment
Foundations rental assistance project
Bridges program (for individuals with SPMI transitioning from jail)

The building was remodeled to add the medical clinic inside DCDC and to improve conditions for clients and employees by adding solar tube lighting, therapy chairs, expanding the waiting room, creating a wellness center, reinforcing walls for improved confidentiality, and providing advanced technology in conference rooms, among other features
