NEW YORK (AP) — In a story published January 15, 2022, about a woman who was pushed to her death in a New York City subway station, The Associated Press erroneously reported, based on information from authorities, that the suspect’s name was Simon Martial. The law office representing the man says his name is Martial Simon.
