Chronically homeless getting permanent shelter in Bend

Cleveland Commons, permanent supportive housing, is planned to be built by Housing Works, in partnership with NeighborImpact, at Fourth Street and Cleveland Avenue in Bend. Project funding is still being secured; Deschutes County committed $2 million in federal funds last August.
