Bend natural gas project moves to Delaware Avenue

Watch for paving crews and street closures on Delaware Avenue this week, as Cascade Natural Gas crews continue the Bend Westside Replacement Project.

Paving crews will work west on NW Delaware Avenue until they reach NW Jefferson Place. The paving crews will then move to the intersection of Jefferson Place and Broadway and begin paving southeast.

These streets will remain closed to through traffic between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., and will be open each evening.

Residents are encouraged to seek alternate routes to avoid congestion.
