The former Summit Saloon downtown is set to become Bamboo Sushi
Bamboo Sushi calls itself the first sustainable sushi restaurant, and has locations in Portland, Seattle, Denver -- and in the fall, Bend. It's going in the former location of the Summit Saloon in the downtown area.
