The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said Monday it is investigating several car break-ins that occurred in Sisters last Wednesday night and a burglary of a Sisters business on Saturday night.

The car break-ins occurred on South Oak Street, South Pine Meadow Street and North Songbird Street, said sheriff’s Lt. Chad Davis.

The burglary occurred at Richard’s Produce at 411 West Cascade Avenue, Davis said.

The sheriff’s office is reminding the public to lock vehicles and remove any valuables from the interior of vehicles to prevent becoming a victim of theft.

Citizens can remain anonymous and still provide valuable information on these cases, Davis said Anyone with information on any of these cases is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 541-693-6911.
