Man injured in northeast Portland shooting
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Authorities say a 30-year-old man was shot during an apparent argument in northeast Portland.
Portland police Sgt. Chris Burley says officers applied a tourniquet to the victim Tuesday night before he was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He is expected to survive.
Witnesses told officers that the victim had been arguing with two men before gunshots were fired. The suspects fled in a white sedan and no arrests have been made.
