The Tower Theatre Foundation has received $3,500 in support from the Oregon Arts Commission, a state-run agency funded by the State of Oregon and the National Endowment for the Arts.

The support will assist the Tower Theatre Foundation in its mission to be Central Oregon’s leading performing arts organization, providing vibrant cultural and educational programs that make essential contributions to the region’s lifestyle and strength of community.

This season, programming ranges from performances by Keb’ Mo’ and Mariachi Sol De Mexico, to LessonPLAN student outreach initiatives and the inaugural Bend Acappella Festival.

Celebrating the theatre’s 75th Anniversary, the Tower Theatre Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that manages the historic landmark in downtown Bend as well as adventures out into the tri-county area to bring performing arts to all of Central Oregon.
