Local Alert Weather – Tues. PM

KTVZ

Happy Tuesday evening, everyone!

Clouds have been having a hard time breaking up today. Overnight we’ll see clouds gradually clear. Lows will be cold overnight and early tomorrow morning in the upper 20s and lower 30s. Winds will be light out of the northwest around 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Tomorrow morning will begin on a cold note, so make sure you bundle up as you’re heading out the door. We’ll see more sunshine than we’ve seen in recent mornings, so it should be a pretty start to the day! We’ll quickly warm into the lower 60s by lunchtime. Highs will top out in the upper 60s and lower 70s underneath mostly sunny skies.

Overnight lows moving forward will be warmer, but still cover up any sensitive plants if you are concerned. Daytime highs will be warmer and above average. Our average daytime high is 63 degrees in Redmond. We’ll be in the upper 70s and lower 80s for Thursday and Friday with mostly sunny skies.

This weekend will be in the low to mid 70s, so slightly cooler, but still above average! The disturbance will bring us more clouds overhead and the chance for showers Saturday and Sunday. This weekend is looking mainly dry, but we’re keeping a close eye on this system.
