Gov. Kotek orders flags at half-staff in honor of Sen. Lindsey Graham

SALEM, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Gov. Tina Kotek has ordered flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff today in honor of Sen. Lindsey Graham, who died on July 11, 2026.

The order, issued pursuant to the United States Flag Code and President Trump's July 13 proclamation, mandates that flags remain at half-staff until 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026.

Sen. Graham had represented South Carolina in the U.S. Senate since 2003. Before his time in the Senate, he served in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing South Carolina's 3rd Congressional District from 1995 to 2003.
