Walmart in Bend can now deliver live bait to your home, or the lake; says it’s first major retailer to offer the service
BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Walmart had news Thursday for Bend fishing enthusiasts: They launched their Live Bait Pickup and Delivery Service in Oregon, the first major retailer to provide live fishing bait through online pickup and delivery.
Customers can now simply order right from the comfort of their home as early as 6 a.m., and Walmart will do the rest -- "whether its nightcrawlers or redworms, Walmart's got it covered." the company said.
The new service is designed to make fishing expeditions more convenient and hassle-free. Anglers can simply place an order online, select a pickup or delivery time, and their live bait will be ready in minutes leaving fishers to confidently set out on their fishing trips knowing fresh, live bait is just a click away.
