Bend double-homicide suspects arraigned on six-count indictments
Three days after being indicted by a grand jury on six counts each, including four of first-degree murder, Kenneth Atkinson and Nathan Detroit were arraigned Monday on the charges in the deaths of Ray Atkinson Jr. and Natasha Newby; a plea hearing was set for Nov. 1.
