FBI seeking victims of sexual violence by Robert Ray Warner in Warm Springs

WARM SPRINGS, Ore. (KTVZ) The FBI is seeking public assistance to identify additional victims of sexual violence involving Robert Ray Warner. Warner was federally indicted following an alleged sexual assault on or about Nov. 25, 2025, on the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Indian Reservation and remains in custody.

The federal indictment accuses Warner of sexually assaulting a woman on the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Indian Reservation. The FBI and the Warm Springs Police Department are conducting a joint investigation into the matter.

The FBI encourages victims of sexual violence to report crimes and supports them through the investigative and legal process. Individuals who believe they were subjected to sexual violence caused by Warner are encouraged to come forward.
