Rod Foster is in his 52nd year of bringing joy to the fans at Vince Genna Stadium
Rod Foster is a joyful staple of Bend's Vince Genna Stadium. Foster has worked there since he was 7 years old, and he brings a smile on his face every day, hoping he can brighten the fans' day as they enjoy a Bend Elks game at the ballpark. You can find him right when you walk in, as he is handing out rosters. He then travels around the stadium to lift spirits and chant "Let's go Elks!"
