Spring brings kitten season concerns as shelters fill up; Humane Society of C.O. has some advice
Spring means kittens, but the Humane Society of Central Oregon says you shouldn't scoop up random cats and kittens you find outside. Call them first, and they'll make sure you're not accidentally separating kittens from their mother.
