Snow showers likely wrap up heading into upcoming week

KTVZ

Snow showers overnight across much of the region, but it looks like things are set to stay dry through much of Sunday.

We do have a Winter Weather Advisory that was put in place Saturday night at 9 p.m. and that will be in place until Sunday at 4 p.m.

It would not be surprising if that advisory is lifted earlier for Central Oregon as it looks like things are set to clear up today.

We did see some snow fall on the passes once again overnight, so if you are planning on traveling over the passes this Sunday just know that we are once again looking at winter driving conditions.

We are also looking at windy conditions up on that passes as well with wind gusts up around 35 MPH.

Sunday's highs are set to top out in the low to mid 30s.

Then by Monday we should see things start to dry up with highs in the mid to upper 30s.

By the middle of the week we are looking at highs in the 40s as things at this point look to stay dry until next weekend.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend Central Oregon!
