CENTRAL OREGON — A breezy Saturday evening will give way to a sunny and slightly cooler Sunday across Central Oregon.

A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for portions of Central Oregon until 10 p.m. Saturday due to gusty winds and low relative humidity.

Around Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville, southwest winds of 10 to 20 mph could gust up to 30 mph before easing overnight. Skies will stay mostly clear, with lows falling into the mid-40s to lower 50s.

Sunday brings plenty of sunshine and lighter winds. High temperatures in Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville will reach the lower to mid-80s.

Along the east slopes of the Cascades, including Sisters, Sunriver and La Pine, highs will generally range from the upper 60s to upper 70s, with some valleys reaching the lower 80s.

Temperatures climb again to start the workweek, with highs reaching the upper 80s to lower 90s Monday and the lower to mid-90s Tuesday across Central Oregon.

A cooldown follows Wednesday, with highs returning to the 80s. Mostly clear and dry conditions continue through the end of the week, with no rain or thunderstorms in the forecast.

Overnight lows will generally remain in the 40s and 50s, with some areas along the east slopes of the Cascades dipping into the upper 30s late next week.
