A break between systems

-GOOD FRIDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...

Today, we get to enjoy a pleasant break in between systems. Daytime highs will in the mid 60's under sunny to mostly sunny skies. Light and variable winds in the morning will calm this afternoon. A few clouds will build in this evening and that will put us under partly cloudy skies tonight. Overnight lows will be in the upper 30's to low 40's. Breezes will become light and variable once again.

Timberline Lodge opens on a limited basis today, 9 AM to 3 PM. Mt. Bachelor will open tomorrow for the next nine days. Both resorts are requiring you to make reservations.

While Saturday looks to be the warmest day we see for a while, warming into the low 70's, we will also see the cloud cover continue to thicken through the day. This will deliver a chance of late day scattered showers that will turn to rain showers Saturday night. This next system will bring cooler temperatures with the rain. Sunday expects to be rainy with highs in the mid 60's. Those highs will be in the low 60's going into next week. The chance of showers will taper off Monday morning and skies will be partly cloudy through the middle of next week.
