Bend’s Pho Viet gets new ownership – keeps old flavor

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- One of Bend's most iconic restaurants changed hands last December.

The new owner is a longtime customer who says he's committed to sticking to the formula that made Pho Viet great.

While the menu and items will stay the same, he's committed to growing the restaurant and possibly open new locations.
