Warming trend peaks today

Happy Tuesday!

Although we are slightly warmer than yesterday morning, temperatures are still on the chilly side.

Afternoon highs are peaking today in the upper 60s to 70s throughout the region. We will be experiencing sunny and dry conditions once again on the High Desert.

Expect mostly sunny conditions tomorrow, with clouds gradually increasing later in the day.

There may be some rain in Klamath, Lake and Harney Counties, but not much rain is expected to make it this far north.

The dry pattern will transition into a rainy one. This change in the weather is due to a series of cold fronts that will be crossing the Pacific Northwest later this week.

Starting Thursday, we can expect widespread showers that will linger into the weekend, along with some more snowfall on the crests of the Cascades.

Enjoy the rest of your day.
