BREAKING NEWS: Sam Garner found guilty of plotting mass shooting at Smith Rock State Park

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Sam Garner was found guilty of planning a mass shooting at Smith Rock State Park in Deschutes County.

Garner was found guilty on all 26 counts he was charged with.

The case, dating back to 2023, was presented to a jury over the past two weeks at the Deschutes County Court House.

Garner's sentencing is set for October 2nd at 1:30 p.m.
