BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- KTVZ News has learned the new owner of Bend's former Shilo inn is a company based out of Nashville, Tennessee called, "FSBO Owner LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company."

According to the recording sheet filed with Deschutes County, the property sold for $10,700,000.

KTVZ News has learned through a local realtor that the property will undergo a major renovation over the next year and reopen under a new name.
